well it makes sense since most of these webtoons are asian and there aren't very much foreigners in those countries

most Asian country's are homogeneous which means they don't have a lot of foreigners as I literally live in one
the internet we are on it as i type this i see people of all races everyday you go on social media u see different races if i go to another country and open my phone i’m gonna see a different race this isn’t the 70s we aren’t restricted and don’t have access to anything we cannot use this argument anymore to excuse authors drawing poc people offensively
