Yes, this argument felt very real. Both sides made good points. And honestly if zed can't deal with it then breaking up is the right call. But she can't expect him to understand when he doesn't have all the facts. And if she can't trust him with her deepest secret then she can't be mad if he leaves. Great writing.
zed's outburst is very very realistic and I like the inclusion of it in this manhwa. That being said, this is the problem with dating most straight dudes, they spew out insufferable bullshit that's so deeply ingrained in them that you can't even have a rational debate.
