
Go and listen to mild music.... And start exercising in the morning with no phone.... And also start walking at night specially in moonlight...... It is common to feel kinda weird sometimes with no reason(like simply bcz we overthink over unimportant stuff or bcz we worry a lot about our future)..... Just go and talk to a friend or sibling or mother about your reason of feeling depressed..... And yeah also drink a lot of water and eat fruits..... I'm not gonna recommend any story or a hobby cuz it will feel like u r forcing yourself to enjoy something & and that in a way gonna backfire..... So, just try to relax yourself first....

get a therapist and try out cbt (cognitive behavioral therapy you freaks) or dbt. they've changed my life and I feel more able to take on the day when I'm not doing so hot. You're doing a great job of asking people what to do when you're lost. If you're super anxious in the moment try some grounding skills my favorite is 54321. You look for 5 things touch 4 things listen for 3 things smell 2 things and taste 1 thing. slowly think only about the object youre focusing on before moving to another. Getting help only starts with serking help youre doing amazing.

What is cbt and dbt.... Can u recommend me something... Cuz, I'm a overthinker.... And right now I got 4 jobs 2 with less money and quitted one with the highest money bcz of unstable lifestyle in banking sector..... And everyone in my life r happy but i feel kinda afraid to choose one and feel fear of making a wrong choice and also am afraid to quit my studies....
