wait what… that’s so crazy, because I totally understand why he would act like that, considering his whole character—utterly righteous and skeptical—it wouldn’t be above him to do all those stuff, when he even followed Cherry to the abandoned mansion. However, that does not excuse all his wrongdoings, I’m just glad he took it upon himself to apologize every time, atone, and compensate for what he’s done wrong. He was blinded by prejudice but at least he was aware; I’m not saying to like him or whatever, but I find it a bit of a shame to drop this magnificent story because of his character development. Not everyone starts off good, even in real life, I suppose.
Have you hit your head or is character literacy something you've just never excelled at?
I think it's the first time I've hated a character so much. In the early chapters, I get it he's doing his job but, he clearly violated someone's privacy, did search without a warrant and false accusations like pls. This behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, why is he even the ML?? Anyways, this had so much potential yet he ruins everything!! I'm dropping this, and it makes me so mad considering the point is good
