This book is one of the few books where the story has such a realistic theme. Yes, it's started like some normal omegaverse like others. But when we started to where Kaoru and Yuka became adults, that's where the true story came up.
We always read a story where they met their fated pair, or if they didn't mate with their fated pair, we never get any explanation about what will happen to them if they meet their fated pair by accident. And that became such a heart-wrenching accident when we got to read about that.
Kaoru is such a great partner, a perfect friend, and a wonderful human being too. The way he said, “Before being an omega, Yuka is Yuka.” I would be crying on my knees if I heard someone say that to me, especially if we take notice that in their world omega was seen as low class in society.
Gosh, I feel so glad Rin is in good health. I know he was such a nuisance, but… What can we say? He has a rough backstory, and he believes that the only alpha who wouldn't be taking advantage of his condition is his fated pair. I feel sorry for him... Glad he got his happy ending!
