it was part of a limited TV special that already aired, hopefully someone reordered it and will post it online for others to watch that missed it
I will also say that the site it was broadcast on was also region locked so you could only watch it if you have a VPN for overseas viewers

it might get posted here https://cu.tbs.co.jp/program/26397 since they have a page for it but do know that sometimes past broadcast don't always get uploaded(I've been disappointed with past broadcasts not getting uploaded on tbs before) , other then that it'll just be searching around online the next few weeks to see if anyone posted it somewhere
oh it might also get posted on BB, I watched the anime special for "Mr. Tian Wanchuan who wants to be a cat" on there after it's broadcast
