Read 'Little Mushroom' novel and some parts were kinda confusing so honestly happy about the manhua and seems it's a good adaptation too.
But there are some others like 'Regressor Instruction Manual' where seems the manhwa has a different theme than novel so can't really compare and 'The Broken Ring' where it seems to have excluded some points from the novel, which made the characters not have enough depth.
So in summary, prefer if the manhwa/hua would just remain as similar to novel instead of changing or omitting stuff out
I feel like I’ve seen so many adaptations from novels recently (yay), however I’m actually surprised at how many take liberties with certain plot points or endings.
Some I give grace because reading the novel made me seize like the exorcist so to see the adaptation do an 180 was lovely. Others, I balk at because why make changes to perfection? Anyone want to weigh in with their preference or thoughts (if any)?
I was just rereading Paper Flowers and The Beast Tamed By The Evil Woman so it was on my mind.
