if you're basing it on the korean release, then yes this is volume 4. the unofficial translation divided them into chapters though (i also assume the volumes are for the machine translated version which ive also read but is ok if you're really desperate) a quick google or search on novelupdates would lead you to the better version. just log in or create an account to access the chapters
