Dude, the emotions talking here. Obviously he's hurt but he sure doesn't want to be abandoned especially by ml who clearly seems as hurt as him while doing so.
There's probably that "this might be the last time " or "maybe if we do it everything will be back to normal " I don't think it's that weird. Author used Ido's desperation as a plot device to make him do something he swore he would never do (bonding) knowing damn well how those memories would destroy everything he has tried to repair.

whoo in their right mind would ever sleeping with the person who just did and said those things to you and made you feel so hurt? sejin i thought you where smarter but apperently you aren´t. you should have hit him.. i really don´t understand why he chooses to sleep with him after all this. i´m lost for words..
