Right?! Then needing to plead for people to leave his former partner and their family alone, it’s just too much he’s worked really hard and at the end of the day he also deserves a happy life outside of his professional career. I love his skating and the effort he puts into his performances for his fans and audience. I hope he one day can get to the happy life!

Me: *surprised pikachu face*
On a real note: I’m always so shocked when I find out or even remember that there are fans like this and it makes me feel bad for my favorite voice actors, actors/actresses, and artists. I always found that found that type of toxic culture so disturbing and so parasocial. To the point where the person can literally be nothing but “everyone’s idol” whether they’re actually working or on their own time just being the person they are before whoever they are on stage.
As a fan of my favorite creators, I always wish them nothing but happiness and when they have good news to share about their lives (finding a partner to share their lives with, having a kid, etc.), and I can’t believe that it’s really not all positivity out there when it comes to people who are part of the entertainment world. And I always find this saying so ironic when it comes that world:
‘Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me’. But the words of thousands of people saying the same things can and will affect the person it’s directed to. For example, with what happened to a former competitive famous olympic ice skater. I just wish it wasn't like this. Off stage, off camera, they are people who have their own emotions and can make their own decisions. They are not puppets made just to keep their fans entertained. Why are there still things like this in this day and age? It gets me so mad.
(I’m sorry for rambling, I just felt very strongly about this… if you read to here, thank you ^^)
