I really love this story. The characters are so well-written and they all have flaws and strengths.
There were a lot of interesting moments, reflections and events that kept me in suspense and made me think.
Honestly, it was very sad to watch the crumbling of relationship between young Seju and Sumin.
The author put a good message in their breakup. Sometimes even those things that seem unshakable to you come to an end. And you have to raise your head and find the strength to keep going on, because crazy attachment to what has been destroyed will only keep you in place and exhaust you. To that point when you don't even notice that there is no more love left, only guilt and the desire to sacrifice yourself for redemption, which no one going to give you.
In addition, there is a high probability of missing out on the chance to fall in love again and be happy, to become a more worthy person.
There was a very bitter irony in their fate. Sumin was not ready to forgive Seju for her mistake, but in the end she made the same one herself. It was a good move to show that everyone deserves to be forgiven. One day you might stumble too.
I don't want to hate any of the characters, I just accept them for who they are.
Seju remains my favourite to this day, and I'm really happy to see how she lets go of her fears and limitations, begins to live fully and feels protected.
She also has such a caring person like Do Won by her side. I think their chemistry is deeper and more conscious than with Sumin. Sumin was the first person who generally treated Seju as an ordinary person rather than the heiress of a large conglomerate. Seju clung to her desperately because she was kinda afraid of being alone again in her cruel environment.
Next to Won, Seju is more vulnerable, calmer and doesn't try to keep everything under control. She feels a reliable shoulder next to her.

They suit each other.
