Your examples were not at all the same, nanjo was aware that it would happen and it wasn’t a threat. He just wants the twink and was willing to accept what he needed to do for that. Problem is, it was something not very favorable because he doesn’t like mokyeon. Which was not at all necessary either because he isn’t even taking into account the twink’s feelings even though he introduced nanjo to mokyeon in the first place for a reason. So again, it’s not rape because he consented and agreed, he just wasn’t enjoying it much because dislikes mokyeon. Disliking the sex does not mean it was rape, he never wanted to stop in the middle of it (during the first two rounds before the deal was complete). Mokyeon said it seemed like rape because he was doing all the work while nanjo wasn’t really complying. Which he followed up with saying it takes two people to have sex.

Rape isn't just "physically and violently forcing someone to fuck" it can be done by deceiving and by manipulating the person into having sex with you. It indeed take two to have sex, the only reason he consented was bcs he really cares (kinda) abt that twink and wanted him to be left alone by the top (without knowing the real personality of said promiscuous twink) and yes he could've refused but that just showed how much what he was willing to do for him.

The twink and mokyeon have been friends for a while so yes it would be selfish for him to want him to himself even if it’s just because he cares for him.
