I think that Woowon probably already had some form of PTSD. As someone with PTSD, some people have the 'fuck it, we ball' attitude, or are in too much of a survival mode to process anything, while some people are like Seo an, where it actively impacts their daily life in many ways.
Much worse since he’s already someone who’s lived his whole life trying to support his family/father, so it must be really hard on him.
Now they both have ptsd. Only good thing about this is that they have each other..yay i guess
