No the family shown in chapter 27 is only MC family his only brother is the little one. The other two are childhood friend with him / grew up close like family NOT actual family. Chinese culture just tends to refer to people as big brother, big sister, little brother, little sister, auntie, uncle, grandma, etc etc either from politeness or closeness.
