Is Guwon an experiment of some sort?

Every chapter it feels like he is made to survive, no social cues but sociable because it is essential, there is no need for pretense with him and he is a clueless like he wasn't really taught anything but the fact that there is a need for other people because you can't do it all (selecting people base on their usefulness)

He understand how to live but children are literally more intelligent (book smart) than him. Then he also don't remember his past plus he said that if he forgot it then it must be a painful memory that his brain don't want to remember so I was thinking he is made in a lab or something and mixed with the virus so that humans or the rich could reach "immortality".

**Atleast now we know that he won't be doing rough stuff with our MC since he don't know anything about anything, our MC will have to be the one to teach Guwon but then it is his(mc) first time liking a guy sooo (⊙…⊙ ). I wish good luck to this couple you guys have a long road ahead!!
