rec bl or straight. if bl, could be omegaverse. anything where the couple couldn’t bear/have their own child although they really want to, like one of them is kinda barren or has infertility probs. asking for a friend. they accept smut or without smut and doesn't matter if there's an adopted kid involved or none. thanks in advance ^^
