i just wanted to say that oldxian is extremely busy these days, constantly on work trips. also, recently he explained he fell ill with gastroenteritis, which explains the lack of chapters. oldxian is also employed at a company, so hes been busier making art for official merch rather than full blown chapters.

I also thought she was a she... everyone says something different. There's no background information about the author when I googled, generally I love to know, at least some basic information about an author behind a beloved work that I follow.

on another note, she or he lol said on weibo they are done with their project and now they are back!

im certain oldxian is a man, everyone does say different stuff but he draws himself as one, like in the mosspaca comics and hes appeared at fansigns (^｡^). very glad oldxian has been feeling better. hope to get some new stuff soon! i miss mo

I miss them too!!! I hope we get a new chapter soon. I was wondering about that, because when I searched about the author there were no pictures of them. But I did see pictures of them signing their mahua but also they didn't show their face, they covered it with the character from mosspaca. And thankfully the fans are loyal it seems that no one posted a picture of them with the author? I'm glad he is feeling better too! May I ask how did you know? I like to be updated with the author's news, but as far as I know they post on weibo to connect with the fans. Is there any other site?
