As the woman said, it's because he busy trying to find fault from Ahjin so he could justify his wrong doings.
It was honestly frustrating from the very beginning he started doubting Ahjin. He
supposedly love Ahjin, but instead of trying to conduct a through investigation, he just gladly and willing put two and two together without verifying anything, and believe whatever lies he pieced together. An irredeemable fool.
I hope Ahjin hates him and gives him ten folds of the torture he'd received.
It's funny how he only believes in the things he listens, because there is no actual proof of what the girl said to be true; how can this dude be a boss with those thinking skills? And the fact that he barely reacted? So what happened wasn't really that important? Or what? Why didn't Ahjin receive that same treatment? And the audacity to blame everything on Ahjin's "fate"? I want to see him suffer slowly and perpetually omg
