Dont procrastinate and cover up all your portions beforehand. That way some of ur stress will reduce.
Don't be afraid to take a break from revising. Too much and you could lower your chances of passing due to stress. So if you feel like you need a break take one. A balance between free time and studying is best.
Okay, so if you aren't open to counseling, the first things to try are:
1. Get enough sleep every night.
2. Exercise.
3. Don't skip meals. Make sure your blood sugar never gets low. And make sure you are meeting all of your nutritional needs.
4. Meditate 20 minutes a day.
5. Make to-do lists, and designate items to be done now and later. When you finish the items for the day, having them on the list and a plan to get it done makes you worry less about everything you haven't done.
6. Designate time for yourself to do things you enjoy, and remember that you deserve "you" time.
7. Reduce or eliminate all caffeine and alcohol consumption.
Hope you feel better!
Yes meditation is really helpful so even i will suggest that
Just know that alcohol and hurting yourself won't solve anything! Try to venture, walk around your town or something. Being surrounded by other's dopamine (chemical released by brain with makes you happy) allows you to release dopamine as well, so try hanging around others, like your friends or just being in a building with strangers!
Hmm, if you need to talk about anything try finding someone you really trust. If talking to people is too scary, try writing a feelings journal. It can feel a bit weird doing it but it may or may not help.
Balance study and free time, don't just study or you will only feel stressed. Same if you only procrastinate.
I agree with the above comments to sleep/eat/drink well and routinely. (Funny how I give advice I don't follow lol)
If you want to talk, but not to someone you know, I don't mind if you want to private message me (You can do that through this website or through email, I don't mind). But only if you want to, don't feel pressured.
Someone did this for me on this website when I was feeling a bit down as well, and it honestly helped because I didn't have to fear of people judging me or finding evidence of my thoughts (that's why I don't write diaries).
thank you all so much!!! I really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. I don't know what exactly happened but as soon as I posted this I began sobbing and it lasted for about two hours. my parents somehow heard me and are trying their best to help. I highly appreciate all of your efforts. thank you all so fucking much. you people are so kind to the point you'd help a person you don't even know on the internet. I truly hope all of you are happy. again, thank you so much.
I've been feeling so sad recently and idek why, it just happenes. I guess it's because I got exams and I'm very worried but I don't think that would actually make someone sad to the point they'd cry for no reason. anyone got advice?? thank you for reading.
