hell na if it applies to morals that has no fictional bounds then ofc it isn't justified — i don't recommend (nor is this actually an okay thing to do) being/thinking like mako in a situation like this. pls stand ur ground and actually demand communication from ur partner before letting yourself be dragged into dubious infidelity (even if ur partner has no love left for you, you should respect the relationship you both agreed upon and start fucking around after you break things off)
