No, roach refers to the residual you have leftover after smoking majority of the spliff/blunt/joint/whatever you call it. No clue why they call it roach here. I don't even think its weed unless the author is very mistaken on what weed does lol
I’ve read lots of manga and manhwa where they think weed is just like meth or lsd. Korea and Japan are super against drugs so I wouldn’t be surprised
