No, roach refers to the residual you have leftover after smoking majority of the spliff/blunt/joint/whatever you call it. No clue why they call it roach here. I don't even think its weed unless the author is very mistaken on what weed does lol
Had to look up why tf he called that a roach, is that more common than calling it a blunt or a joint?
