I know it's sweet and the symbolism is "adding color into his life" but I wear dark clothes and if someone gave me a colorful scarf I really wouldn't wear it lol If you gift people clothes you should give them stuff that would match their rest of their wardrobe and looks like something that they would pick for themselves
