In terms of family issues - 'An uncomfortable truth' is similar to it

'No home/Homeless' --does also have bit of a similar vibe

'Takopii no Genzai' --has similar themes of family issues affecting children and this story is also really heartbreaking

'Averted Gaze R'-- this one has some TWs, it's also about family issues but the child also already has issues, it's also pretty angsty. Read the desc before reading tho, it deals with schizophrenia, SA and minor abuse
