He's the prince and is very capable of killing him and hurting his family if mc retaliates. Escaping forever is not an option either, as proved by the novel since ml can just get hold of his loved ones. He's trapped. The only trash here is the prince. Mc's situation is very understandable. Their relationship isn't equal in any manner. Any wrong movement and it could cost mc everything.
