nothing sketchy abt hyunwoo since he also liked him when he first met him as well in the beginning chapters when he bumped into him. he just never really spoke to him bc he was in denial abt liking him but he did admit that he cared abt him. Hyunwoo would sometimes protect him from situations directly and indirectly which has happened multiple times since the beginning.
Hyungjoo started shifting his behavior a little bit, back when he made him cry the first time and then a little more when he seen Iltak hanging out with hyunwoo more bc he was jealous too
I’m still wondering how the author is gonna throw in the third male lead in there…unless maybe they had planned it but scraped the idea after awhile of making chapters. Two male leads is a lot on iltak already tbh

Hyunwoo only started “crushing” on Iltak because he looked like a girl which has still yet to develop onto anything aside from that because from what I’ve collected personally from this story so far is that he likes Iltak because he’s feminine looking. He hasn’t gotten to know the real Iltak at all where as HyunJoo has seen Iltaks other more laid back and chill side.

they both feel attracted to him bc he's feminine, they treat him the same way, they're basically the same person with different hair colors. the only difference is that hyunwoo CARES for iltak.

Just liked to say that I’ve always loved Hyun-Joo and Iltak and I kinda like the enemies to lovers trope more than the savior and victim trope.
I fear you guys hate character development because the authors been developing his character for quite a few chapters now. It’s not just a random switch up. The authors BEEN hinting at his character development since the field trip. Maybe even before that.
Hyunwoo has always been kinda sketch to me because we already know he has some sort of trauma from his past relationship and clearly that has some part to play in his attraction to Iltak. Also he literally really only started finding Iltak attractive due to his more “feminine” attributes. The little date they went on was cute and all but they literally get into an argument right after and he switches up and starts groping and being a douchebag to him.
Sure you could argue that Hyun-Joo has literally been doing the same shit for longer but he also seemingly has had a crush on him since they first met. Doesn’t excuse his actions or behavior but Iltak seems to typically be more annoyed with him than absolute hatred and contempt. Idk, they both kind of suck and Iltak is a huge closet case and is kind of a dirtbag, and he deserves better!!! BUTTT if I had to choose I’m rooting for the off-brand Bakugo. (╬￣皿￣)凸
