I just see him as a Mama's boy which is fitting since Yor did raise him.
Idk if I'm misinterpreting his character but I feel like he doesn't like yor in a romantic way but a platonic way. I get so confused whenever someone says he's weird for liking his sister when I'm just seeing he's emotionally dependent as he never got to be mature as he was too reliant on his sister when he was younger
