Nah i think just hallucination.. like its true there some stalker, but bcs of the drug his memory get messed up or something like that, so the stalker face turn to ml face.
He think of ml a lot, so the drug makes ml looks bad in his eyes/memory? oh well i dont even understand what im talking about
