he did lost his memories but he's just smart so he was trying to make sure they're really married, he got suspicious when she keeps calling him w his full name and how she acts around him & the stuffs around the house where the only things screams "male" is his room like there was no signs of cohabitation
he'll get his memories back, tho its like the climax part so almost at the end of the novel

during that time, the insect doctor (child) got into his brothers car & was held "hostage" at their house so she needs to work in their mansion so the child can go home then he'll realize she's pregnant
*there will still be a lot of plot so i recommend you guys read it because it was really unique and beautiful tho be prepared because there will be a lot of crying
especially the part where Kwon Chae-woo (male lead) was hallucinating and he was "recreating" the scenes he regrets to make it right (he knows he got drugged but he still wants to make it right even tho it's all an illusion)
and the part where he's playing cello in the rain, its a masterpiece

yeees, it was beautiful (coz playing cello was traumatic for him, he didn't play it for yeaaaaars so it was like overcoming his trauma & a new beginning so ready your tissuesss)
