I don't know much, all these are from korean readers as well, and I haven't read the novel yet. Another spoiler is that her brother knows every one of Lili's regressions and kept trying to save her everytime but she kept dying. And the original mc, I think she knows the past too just like the emperor.
Liliana's power is very powerful that it will be really helpful in fighting the monsters/demons.
1. So in Trovancha, they get awakening fever when they get their special abilities when they are 14. But Liliana's ability is too powerful that her fever keeps coming out even though her body isn't ready yet.
2. I won't say what their older brother's ability is, but it was his ability that caused Lili to gain hers when she's supposed to be born without special ability.
3. If I'm not wrong, this is Lili's 100th regression.
