it’s probably because people enjoy having the control of their bodies seized from them or ppl enjoy taking that control from other people. ultimately, it all ties into power and control.
sa is never okay under any circumstances!!! cnc however is a controlled, consensual situation that people who have been victims of sexual assault may utilize as a way to confront their trauma and process it further. the difference between the two being cnc is explicit consent while sa is NOT.
why do people enjoy anything in fiction that is considered morally wrong irl?
morbid curiosity, playing with the idea of something taboo (in a safe environment), or just plain old fantasy.

Im not justifying it but just wanna give a few reasons why people like it
- it's taboo and doesn't come with irl consequences, we all know that BL's gonna end with a happy ending. No trauma/bleeding/injuries
- Intentions: because it's a romance story and people automatically think that the ist does it out of "love" or "jealousy"
- Some stories make it seem like "rapeplay" with the victim enjoying and being on it rather than actual rape
- Like someone else said above, some people enjoy or have fantasies of having control of their bodies seized from them and vice versa
