Im pretty sure he likes him romantically but could never express it since they were supposed to be siblings and that would’ve been gross taboo and borderline incest so he was horrible to him instead (think little boys bullying little girls they have crushes on cus they dk how to show that they like them) and sejin probably knew the whole time so he stopped him before he could finish what he was saying knowing that their whole relationship wouldve become rly weird if his brother said out loud that he had feelings for him
