I'm in the middle of transferring all of the manga that i had read from mangago to myanimelist.net. However, there is some manga that is not available on myanimelist.net so what is your next recommendation after myanimelist.net?

Myanimelist.net is a site made specifically for keeping tabs on anime & manga that you've read, are reading, planning to read, & etc. You can also find manga and anime to read/watch on there (you just can read it on that site, I don't think, so Mangago can still be used to read manga) .
