Not really since the 'gods realm' or whatever it is Wang Dong was born in, the time thre goes differently like, if I remember correctly 20years in there was 10 000 in the continent where they came from. So technically she is just as old as Yuhao, you can guess all this from the 'douluo dalu 2' novel's prologue, which can be found online. But the manga goes further than the novel so I prefer the manga, but the novel tells more.
