yes its the official english translation so its wonderful, and i got the ebook on google play book (there are two books). I did see an unofficial fan translation somewhere before but I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT because the it was sooo bad, like some of the important scenes were translated in a way that changed the meaning of what was said or done. also the ebook was cheap

OKAY SO ONE OF MY FAVORITE SCENE CONNECTIONS (and omg the continuity in this story is so thorough lemme just say) IS THIS SCENE AND THE ONE LATER ON WHEN LU FENG AND A CERTAIN SOMEONE ARE TALKING:
.
. NOVEL SPOILER BELOW
.
.
.
.
So here, ch.54 (ch.16 novel), he tells An Zhe "I haven't violated the principles, but nobody will come to determine whether I'm right or wrong... Just what am I judging and who will judge me in the end?"
AND THEN later on IN A CERTAIN SCENE WITH A CERTAIN CONTEXT I SHALL NOT DISCLOSE, HE SAYS, "He is the one who judges me." AND GKFJLHLS I JUST LOVE HOW THE STORY CONNECTS THAT SO MUCH, ITS SUCH A PROFOUND ASPECT OF THE STORY AND CHARACTER RELATIONSHIP
