I mean, for me. Speaking from my personal experience, having a tear on the back door does hurt like hell but I only ever noticed the pain after the sex. Not really during it.
During it, it just feels like any old "forced stretch" but after, I can't even sit without having to spread my cheeks first lol. And it got extra painful when touching it. Only got better after a couple of days of completely no activity there. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
If I'm saying it fucking hurts it's because I've literally been through it. I don't know why you can't see that. And to be honest, for me it was horrible, it hurts too much, I just stop the sexy time when it happens, if you don't care about your body well, that's on you, but don't spread misinformation.
