if im not wrong, the ghost (past life ml) actually gained a physical body, basically got their roles reversed, it’s now the reincarnated ml that could only appear as apparitions(?) dream ghost(?) like how it was like for the past life ml. it was mentioned before in the previous chapters that he’s mad that reincarnated him has access to the reincarnated mc. not 100% sure though, this is also just based on korean raws and my tinie hangul skills lol. and korean comments translated

i read the raws until the latest one and for those saying the ghost aka the master is better you would probably change your mind.
heres what i understand about the whole story. (dont take this literally because i read the raws with safari shitty translation)
in the past life there is this master and muni his slave?? muni always followed him around and i think the master got annoyed so he sort of lead muni in a pit and let him die there but not really. after he went into the pit the master just left him behind and it was raining heavily. muni was saved by other people but he was unconcious like in a coma. the master went to visit him and idk why but he suddenly gain interest in him and visited him everyday but muni was slowly dying over time so he ask for a shaman? to revive him again. they used a snake for some kind of ritual. and the snake and muni is sort of bound together like they became a soul? in the current life kiyun the mc is the half reincarnation of muni and manager is half reincarnation of the master (this was based on a korean comment i saw idk what it meant by half). the reason why i think the master is trash because well obviously because he ask muni to go into the pit and left him to die but suddenly regret it tf. the master also once tried to rape someone but that person was resisting so much that he asked muni to hold that person. (in this scene kiyun was dreaming that he is muni but we can see him with kiyun appearance but i figured the dream must have been what actually happened in the past). while he was dreaming of being muni he felt really attracted towards the master like blushing and heart beating fast that when it comes to reality he suddenly felt like that towards manager too whenever he saw the manager at their workplace. one time mc went to a shaman who is yuran’s grandma i think and manager followed him bc mc was avoiding him all day. they then went to see the shaman tgt. the shaman said they were bound by a very twisted red thread.
you know what let me just yap about this story rq.
so there was this scene where they show the manager and mc meeting for the first time. at the time manager seem to be disturbed by some evil energy im guessing the snake. suddenly when he was having a headache and alone in the meeting room kiyun reach out to him and he got startled but suddenly felt relief when he hold kiyun hand. at the time kiyun was a new employee and he was trying to ask him direction. apparently manager actually felt some sort of attraction to him and cant seem to let go of his hand and it probably because it help with the bad energy or whatever also. but during this time manager actually have someone that hes dating?? it wasnt na jumin though. that person got jealous but he cant do anything about it but i guess the snake possessed that person thats why he lowkey was going crazy kinda like na jumin so idk why but manager went back to that person and just leave kiyun. from that their relationship (mc and manager) got bad because manager always got angry when meeting him. from some kr comment they were saying its because the snake made the manager feel like that. the whole thing about the snake is like maybe the snake and muni is bound tgt right so im guessing it felt what muni felt thats why its crazy over manager who is the reincarnation of the master.
dont take this literally though because i read the raws with safari translations but i do understand some bits bc those kr comments tried to sum it up too.

im just trying to share my understanding because i really like this story because the horror is actually pretty good but with this only getting an official now i might die first before it reached the latest chapter istg.
andddd now the latest chapter is even more confusing because manager suddenly appear with master appearance and yellow eyed manager also exist at the same time we dont even know who is who so it was very very confusing tbh.
