It makes me sad that people are hating on Jungseok so much, just because “he just goes along with it”, I think it's realistic, even when sometimes he acts like a kid, it's a psychological consequence of what happened. Growing up with the thought that every time you say you like something you'll be presented with an excess of that thing, to the point of making you hate it, has affected his interpersonal relationships. It's as if he didn't say that he likes a person for fear of receiving too much and then hating them, as if in a certain sense he didn't want to hurt them (even if he eventually does it anyway).
