I assumed they wanted to show how ridiculous her behavior was starting to seem to those around her, like now her father see's her as someone taking his authority as Duke, instead of as his little girl.

I feel like bout haired girl got a different body this chapter. It looks fuller, taller, more mature, but she still has a toddler face so it looks weird lol
