I have no idea BUT the story line sounds similar to shinning summer. It’s a BL and the 2nd ML gets into an accident and switches body with the 1st ML and they are in each others bodies and the MC was friends with the 2nd and now has to deal with his friend with someone else in his body and OMG it’s a stunning story. I cried.
