Betas are pretty much regular humans. Living in a world like that sounds absolutely terrifying for anyone not a beta. Sure alphas might be top of the food chain, but their are still controlled by instinct.

What I be saying, like on the basis of real world standards, would betas who are unbohtered and free of instincts be at the top..

Honestly every time a question is asked about if people would like to live in an omegaverse or what they would be and people respond so giddily that they would like to live in an omegaverse or that they’d like to be an omega always confuses me. Like, what is the appeal? I for sure would hate not being in control of my body. If I absolutely had to pick between alpha, beta or omega, hands down, it’ll pick beta. Betas should be top of the food chain since they can function all the time. Their hormones do not control them.
