But as far as I can tell, nowadays, they're mostly doing it for the ragebait, see how many people are talking about this work because most readers were disappointed? yeah, that's bad publicity working for ya LOL. Really the best way to combat these sort of thing is to not give it hype or drop it, but what can ya do? even I'm curious how the author will get out of this mess, if they can or if they even want to, they're not dragging out the toxicity and angst yet like in some BLs so I'll give it a bit of leeway for now.

it's mostly because of how famous this type of themes has become and idek why it became famous wth. the author of driver's high put some unnecessary grape scene too. idk how to explain it correctly. but i hate it and it's annoying.
