Nope, just some mild teasing but it's quite rare. The story is mostly on the growth of MC and his group, tbh it's very interesting and it's just a nice read whenever they update once you're up to date with the manga itself.

theres no chance of romance right… cause the intro of those 2 girls in the beginning is kinda sudden, i know their dad was buried under the mc but are they gonna become allies or something?
