I'd say there's more like a massive divide in S.K. , most men are basically primitive there, and this is a pretty good example of it. Heck, the thing about this situation in the manhwa is that I doubt they'd give as deep of a shit if a character is gay as long as they owned it and we're still the alpha. Junwoo fucked up by 1) being aggressively in the closet and kicking himself in the foot by being homophobic, encouraging homophobia, which obviously backfired and 2) being a fcking creepy repressed dick in the process. He built a face that he lost the moment he slipped up.
i dont get y ppl say this manwha is "poorly-written" and "unrealistic" for highschoolers, when cases like these are extremely relevant in south korea and other countries. like this manwha touches on sensitive topics but it sheds the light on things like normalized sexual harrassment, hierarchy effect in highschool, bullying and extreme hatred for the LGBTQ community as S.K is quite a conservative country.
