AS I SAID IN EARLIER SPOILERS !! He’s only pretending. He wants him to fall hard for him and then he’s gonna dump him and leave him just like he turned his back on his all those years ago there’s so many details I can go into but I don’t wanna spoil too much.
Just know we are in for some real angst . Poor mc is gonna suffer a lot. Every guy he falls for always wants to use him. His trauma is only gonna grow worse. Ml will later grovel at his feet and his redemption will be sooo god ! He becomes a green forest. But rn that forest in a burning one
