My take for this is its only for monster number 1 because the strenght is at the eye and it has lots of eyes. If its another monster then the previous holder must transfer it unless theres other body part from the monster that can be used
I agree with the other dude. It seems like #1 is special in a way that there are multiple of them. So, sure, Kikoru can also use #2 and #7, but there's only 1 of each of them. And there are probably much more compatible user for them.
