Yeah it's a very common trope in cinema usually used for women. It's when an adult women is portrayed as being somehow fully sexually active and attractive while also maintaining the mentality/innocence/naivety of a child.

That's nasty? Wouldn't you feel guilty of taking advantage of them... like the casca and guts scene when she mentally regressed due to trauma? She was acting like a full on 5yo and guts had the audacity to fuck her when she wasn't right in the head.

Yeah people really shouldn't be ok with it, it's definitely gross. But a lot of people really like the idea of somehow being in that kind of position of power over another person.
