I would rate him good trash, he gives him gifts and let's him do as he pleases but still is arrogant trash with zero love or affection.
Honestly the translation isn't the best, so I can't say for sure. The ml treats the mc quite well for the mafia trope mixed with omegaverse. There's not really any violence but lots of "convincing" to have sex which the mc can't really say no to for some reason.
So if you're looking for a lovey-dovey couple, then this one is not it. But if you're looking for a decent read in this trope, then you can give it a read.
About the plot: mc is an omega and forced to work for a gang with his sister(?), creating drugs. Due to a gang war (or something similar, I forgot), all the gangsters flee the building but leave behind mc and his sister. Mc gets captured to protect his sister but lies that he isn't an omega (for some reason the other gang wants to kill the omega). Then there's a deal that mc will create a drug for them in exchange for ..(I forgot, his life probably). After that there are a lot of chapters about mc living with ml and them slowly becoming sexual, then somehow there's a bookstore involved and in the recent chapter mc starts working on the drug.
Honestly your best bet would be to wait for official translations to come out because I'm pretty sure there are lots of nuances in the dialogue that just get lost right now.
Is this good? Does the top show affection to the bottom? How does he treat him? How's the plot? The comments got me nervous
