That one viral tweet hating on this one i get it bc the op is a bl hater and yuri fan but even here people(not the ones coming from the hate tweet)are hating so much,i feel bad for the author bc on twitter it can always reach the author's account,i hope they dont see the hate and i hope they are not getting bullied for it bc bl fans/haters are so f toxic w authors just bc they dont like something instead of just skip reading the manhwa,hating here is ok but hating on a platform where the author can see is just mean asf(even more bc the haters are always the one who read from illegal platforms for free)

So true. I mean, we get it, you can hate on it or whatever. Though, publicizing your opinion, what's the point of it all? It's the author's story, not yours. If you're unsatisfied so badly, go leave the books and look for another one more fitting to your taste. Better yet, write one on your own if you can. Hating on the author's artwork could result badly for the author and the readers who actually like the story. It might lead to a discontinuation at some point, leaving the story unfinished just because of the haters

That's what happened w the author of "the abyss"(or something i forgot the exact name but is that one of the idol twink)people bully the author till today and it got in hiatus for a long time(but at least the author's art got so much better is actually so pretty now if u see their twt account)yeah the proportions are bad but a manhwa character w good/realistic proportion is actually so rare lmao even more in bl manhwas so people freaking out about it is so weird to me bc u must have started to read bl yersterday to be so shocked seeing bad proportions and like i said,the popular ones are all like that too,bl bodies are ridiculous so why is this specific one being a problem lol

Forgot to mention the artist of "little mushroom"got bullied for the art too and the artist even announced that they would stop drawing little mushroom bc of the hate and was looking for a new artist to continue the story,fortunately they still continued to draw little mushroom and that was actually just crazy bl fans btching about it bc the art is GORGEOUS

People were complaining about proportions shoulders too wide and head too small but people should understand that no artist is perfect and they have their own style. Also the person was comparing it to yuri and no offense but no shit yuri will have better proportions because women have smaller shoulders so the proportions of head to shoulders will be better.

Idk why yuri fans hate bl so much,bl fans dont even talk about yuri,actually i rarely see people talking about yuri but time to time theres some hate tweet of an yuri fan hating bl and honestly think they are just petty bc yuri is not as nearly popular as bl is and that is so immatureplus like i said,literally not only bl but manhwas characters in general be it bl,straight or whatever the genre the proportion are not realistc at all and always ecxagerated,can't let those people see the proportions of those manhwas of school fighting lol they are gonna have a seizure or something...is just one of korean beauty standarts for men,having broad shoulders amd small face thats why manhwas exagerates it

Agreed. Like you said I think some of them are jealous and just look for any detail to complain about bl to feel that yuri is superior and promote it. They should tone it down because that just makes people think worse of yuri and discourage people from reading it or creating it. Every author has their own style and standards if people don't like it they can just not read it or create their own.
