ive heard ppl irl say its not pee but then ive heard ppl say its pee. BUT THEY NEVER DESCRIBE WHAT IT ACTUALLY SMELLS/TASTES LIKE ITS SO ANNOYING ┗( T﹏T )┛ ive heard in some bls they say its water which i lwk doubt

It's technically believed to be a dilute version of pee. It's made up of urea, creatinine, and uric acid.
Why people don't necessarily associate it with pee is because a, the colour isn't the same but also there isn't usually any sort of pungent smell to it and b) the reason as to why it's produced, leading to little to no harmful substance being present in spurting fluid.
Urine is produced by the kidneys to remove waste products and excess substances from the bloodstream. The bladder hints to you when it needs this to be expelled. That's how we know we need to pee.
On the other hand squirting is more spontaneous as it's an act in sex. It's done by stimulating certain nether region areas including the skene (hope i wrote that correctly) glands. This gland is also highly connected to urinary health and it all helps the body get the urge to expell luiquids
To summarise, not pee necessarily but closely related. Not smelly and not harmful. Hope this helps explain it a bit. (=・ω・=)
